Division Specific Information
Immuno Diagnostics Division is striving to ​dramatically improve the management of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostic technologies and clinical expertise. But the real results are in better patient care – and in improving people’s everyday lives.
 
How will you make an impact?
The Candidate will report to IDD Italian Marketing Manager and will be responsible to evaluate, plan and execute projects in the allergy and/or autoimmune field, with focus on IDD major stakeholders, in particular: Laboratory Professionals expanding existing business or create a market access campaign where required.
Internal Networking/Key relationships
Internal: Marketing team, Sales Team, Technical Service, Back office functions
External: Laboratory Professionals, Heads of purchasing, Head of Department, Italian Society of Laboratory Professionals, Agencies
 
What will you do?     

 

  • Plan and implement within the Italian market new and existing products - through the product lifecycle – within diagnostic laboratory environment.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities within the laboratory professional’s organization and turn this into effective business.
  • Gather and prioritize market and laboratory customer requirements, to ensure revenues achievement.
  • Support the execution of the company’s overall strategy and goals in Private and Public diagnostic laboratories.
  • Assess competitive scenario and position our solutions to emphasize our added values in the market.
  • Own projects through from analysis to execution: defining clear and actionable project plans including objectives and activities.to achieve the goal.
  • Monitor the project’s outcome using specific key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to assess the Return of Investment (ROI) and growth expectations
  • Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and business-oriented approach are required, as well as business acumen with the demonstrated ability to develop and track relevant KPIs.
  • Ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful and creative as well as demonstrated success in collaborating with colleagues.
  • Ability to be flexible, open-minded, and adapt successfully to changing business conditions.
  • Ability to work for priorities, with a sense of urgency under pressure and a drive for results.

Educational and Professional Experience Qualifications and Requirements
  • Scientific background is a must.
  • Previous experience, as a Product Manager in Diagnostic Industry.
  • A previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience with omni-channel environment: print, digital, presentation, video, etc.
  • Good English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
  • Frequent National and International travels are required (up to 70% of working time over any one-year period)
