Position Description:
As a Product Manager Incubation Services for Lenovo’s SSG Group, you will be
responsible for delivering the knowledge, tools, collateral, and programs that
enable effective marketing and selling Lenovo’s new incubation Services, like
commercial AR/VR, IoT, Smart solution.
The Product Manager Incubation Services leads and manages one or several
products from the inception to the phase-out in order to create customer value
and deliver measurable business benefits. In this role you will collaborate
with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, finance, service
delivery) in order to build a product offering that fulfils a product vision
and to turn it into business success. You will be also responsible for
maintaininig and communicating the product roadmap and for end to end
training, communication and sales support.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market
• Communicate the proposition to Sales (i.e. why customers should buy)
• Create and manage programs to generate demand for the product
• Develop the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process
• Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and
why
• Work closely with Lenovo’s Global and local team and partners
• Be responsible to manage opportunities in strategic Commercial accounts.
• Ensure that Lenovo’s sales teams are engaging with the partner’s sales teams
in the field to win net-new business for Lenovo.
• Work with Lenovo sales to manage sales opportunities in MS Dynamics. You
will work closely with your Global Product Manager counterpart to define a
segmented strategy, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience,
and to identify areas where additional investment may be required.
• Enable part numbers in the internal Lenovo systems, maintain competitive
pricing, monitor competition
• Bring new productization and monetization ideas to the management and drive
implementation projects supported by a Project manager
You will be expected to be:

portfolio

(bottom-line)

You will report to Senior Manager, EMEA Services and will closely collaborate
with the EMEA Services teams.
#### Position Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in the IoT, Smart devices and solutions or AR/VR
commercial segment
• Outstanding solutions-based sales skills and a passion for technology
• Ability to present adjusted message in front of various technical and non-
technical audience, small and wide
• Proficiency in managing the end-to-end offer development process
• Ability to leverage the expertise and work of others to exceed sales targets
• Organizational agility to secure commitments from key stakeholders
• Strong Presentation Skills
