Our Inflammation Business Unit is seeking a Product Manager based in Barcelona to implement the strategy for the products under his/her responsibility.

• Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)

• Participates in Country Brand Plan and drives its implementation

• Develops Multichannel activities, and executes promotional activities (detail aids message scripts advertising congresses etc) in line with strategy, international branding and key messages

• Constantly ensures cross-functional alignment across the Business Unit members

• Analyses market research and develops POA

• Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans

• Partners with international PMs

• Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials KOL development etc.)

• Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects

• Recruits and manages external vendors

• Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases

Minimum Requirements

• Academic education in pharmaceutical marketing

• Around 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role in the pharma industry

• Project management skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English both oral and written communications

• Computer skills MS Office programs

• Drive for Execution

• Experience in inflammatory diseases and/or dermatology

• Experience in Multichannel communication
