Job Description
#### Position Description:


Principal role:

Provides product planning to increase product sales growth and expand market
share.  Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or
competitive markets.  Identifies and maintains relationships with product
partners, third party vendors, etc.  Contributes to product development based
on client needs.


Responsibilities:
• Create/execute Quarterly Brand initiatives (Product, Marketing, Routes,
etc.), including launches.
• Lead region supply & demand forecast
• Key focal point for the region with Global team, including Brand
escalations, help needed and Product guidance (Roadmap).
• Lenovo Country PM, product Guidance and training.
• Support Product Segment financials for the region
• Support region on QBR with partners, Intel/AMD/MSFT
• Daily sales team support (including Large deals)
• Quarterly meetings with TOP key accounts, opening new opportunities and/or
retaining customers
• Become the ambassador of Brand.

#### Position Requirements:


• BA Degree
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management at the Technology
sector
• Technical Product skills/ Savy & Analytical
• High English Proficiency (reading and speaking)
• People Communication & Leadership, across the Region and with Global Team
