Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a Product Manager, Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers to join our team! This position is based at our division headquarters in Moon Township, PA and offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote). Relocation provided to those currently residing in the United States. Position Overview: Eaton’s Power Components Division is a leader in the Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers (MVCB) industry within the Americas region. Our Product Manager will focus on the development of new products and commercial support to the global sales teams. In this role, you will focus on product introduction and lifecycle management with substantial voice of customer activities, product training & education, strategic roadmap, pricing, and marketing functions for the assigned products. In addition, you will interact with customers, internal commercial functions as well as our manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure the achievement of our growth and profitability goals. In this function you will: Achieve strategic / financial objectives for the Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker product line Develop marketing plan for commercialization of new breaker technology Drive direct customer engagement to drive top line growth, gather voice of customer, market intelligence, and competitive feedback Implement strategic and profit plans for industry segments and product families Own / lead product development through entire process and/or product extensions to achieve goals Own / lead competitive analysis to establish differentiated value and price via competitor marketing literature analysis, product teardowns, price analysis Develop/execute required marketing communications material / activities Support / implement regional / global product line strategies, share growth, and programs Provide and lead sales input for new product development, product upgrades, and product launches Manage Price Realization (objectives, targets) Measure and report product forecast, activities and progress Work with applicable functions to ensure that the supply chain and manufacturing systems are aligned to the product strategy and are supporting growth and profitability objectives When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Five (5) years in marketing, engineering or sales Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MBA Understanding of application of MV/LV breakers and or switchgear Product management/marketing w/understanding of engineering R&D Basic accounting principles Experience with customer value creation and value pricing Experience with market research, statistical analysis for forecasting Position Criteria: Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strategic planning ability Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience. Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
