• Collect customer requirement and continuously improve competitiveness of hardware, firmware and PC-tool of the controller.
• Define motion controller’s roadmap and market requirement according to market needs and servo strategy.
• Timely execution of roadmap implementation across different functional teams and stakeholders
• Communicate with other countries to keep the competitiveness of portfolio also outside China
• Prepare new product proposals to global decision-making forum with business case
• Manage the motion controller hardware & software releases
• Collaborate with ABB internal stakeholders who represent AC500 and X20 products
• Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee product meet specs.
• Cooperate with Product Marketing and Marketing Communication teams for marketing plan
• Support Product Marketing Manager in pricing and price positioning.
• Collect and analyze competitor information with customer support and product marketing teams
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Bachelor or above degree in Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of motion controller experience in R&D, product management, or technical support and related applications.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Accept domestic and oversea travel occasionally.
• Familiar with the PLC or motion controller of major brands is a plus
• Sensitive to the market change is a plus.
• Oversea experience (work or study) is a plus.
