Eaton’s Industrial Control Division is currently seeking a Product Manager, NEMA Power Control to join our team. This position is based at our Menomonee Falls, WI division headquarters. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote). Relocation is provided! Position Overview: The Product Manager leads execution of the strategic marketing plan for the NEMA Power Control Line, a core line within the division and a market share leader. This role is responsible for executing a product strategy and roadmap that supports the overall strategy of the product line, the division and Eaton. You will drive the strategy and create value propositions via a thorough understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities as well, be responsible for the pricing and marketing functions. In this function you will: Develop and drive the execution of the strategic plan for assigned product(s) Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve profit plan sales and financial objective Analyze key competitors to identify strengths, weakness and opportunities related to products, service level and strategies to support product strategy and roadmaps. Measure and report out on product line performance and strategic initiatives Manage price realization objectives and targets Create and provide technical sales presentations to customers and stakeholders When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Five (5) years experience in management, strategic marketing, sales, engineering or operations Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business from an accredited institution. Knowledge of industrial control markets, customers, and applications. Knowledge of motor control products including contactors, starters, overload relays, and motor control centers. Experience developing product roadmaps, positioning strategy, price management, value proposition development and launching new products. Knowledge of financial basics: Forecasting, Standard Margin, fixed and variable costs, NPV, IRR, YTP. Position Criteria: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical aptitude. Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and multiple sales channels. Must be experienced in facilitating customer meetings and delivering presentations.
