Job Description
Position Summary:
Develops Melco digital products by identifying potential business ideas; conducting market research; determining product requirements and specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; work with Digital Marketing team to developing marketing strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Determines Melco's DX needs and requirements by specifying the investigation required to drive market information.
- Recommends the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements
- Appraise new and existing product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Obtains product need by working with Digital Marketing team and BU to develop DX product strategies.
- Assesses product market data by conduct research with necessary BU and teams
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product roadmap; answering questions and requests.
- Introduce new products and ideas by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs;
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience:
- At least 6+ year experience working in both Hospitality and Gaming industry
- Hands-on experience in working with diverse team members in a matrix environment
- Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Experience working in a product-oriented, team-based environment that uses modern digital delivery approaches such as user experience design, lean, agile, DevOps, and cloud computing
Education:
- Degree in technical field, or equivalent work or training experience
Skills / Competencies:
- Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across stakeholder groups
- Strong communicator/presenter with strong executive presence
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese for technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs;
- Strong bias towards action; ability to step up into team gaps and ambiguous situations to structure the team’s action plan
- Ability to execute with incomplete information; great product instincts and an ability to create order from divergent needs
