Reporting to Director, Haematology & Oncology (HONC), the Product Manager, Oncology will lead, plan and implement brand strategy to maximize national revenue, account and customer engagement outcomes.

You will:

  • Translate/implement the global oncology brand campaign locally

  • Develop and implement Country Brand Plans to deliver on strategic imperatives

  • Manage lifecycle and market opportunities to maximize brand potential

  • Collaborate with Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) to execute market research, supporting customer adoption insights

  • Partner with field force to deliver creative campaigns, leveraging global core resources that execute via digital, website, mobile, and email/CRM

  • Advance omnichannel capabilities to drive customer experience, leveraging global assets and resources

  • Work closely with other Oncology team members to align digital and content strategy across platforms and channels

  • Work with BAI to deliver forecasts, Integrated Business Planning (IPB) and latest estimate (LE) updates

  • Analyse market research and develops plan of action (POA)

  • Actively scans the market, coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans

  • Create promotional campaigns and digital solutions to meet evolving customer need, national/bespoke account management initiatives

  • Leverage global plan and deliverables to maximise resources

  • Prepare communication deliverables that effectively communicate competitor trends, program performance, and project updates

  • Monitors, evaluates and acts on performance of campaigns

  • Prepare and deliver on KPI and other metric reporting to ensure continuous improvement of campaigns and programs

  • > 3/4 years as a Product Manager in pharmaceutical marketing

  • Successful track record of working cross-functionally and leading cross-functional projects and teams

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies within highly competitive markets

  • Experience in digital marketing & monitoring/tracking of digital activities

  • Excellence in oral and written communication

  • Financial and budgeting skills experience

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements

  • 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

  • Experience in specialist area (Haematology and/or oncology highly favorable)
