Lead engineering change and phase out management

• Secure a smooth rollout of engineering changes w/ required customer involvement
• Responsible for interpret change management process in China region
• Cooperate with global PRM-C;
• Manage change roadmap;

 Ratio project planning Management

• Identify and understand the product in whole value stream;
• Generate and develop RPP Projects to increase the profitability of CC Products
• Manage and drive RPP project to SOP;
• Leading cross-function to implement RPP project;
• Organize the RPP events;
• Support  business reporting;

- Bachelor degree & above in Engineering, manufacturing or commercial background;

- 5+ year experience in product management, preferred in the Automotive Industry;

- Good understanding about automotive business and strong business sense;

- Strong communication skills and coordination capability with leadership potential for complicated tasks;

- Good analytical skills with strong visualization competences via MS Office required;

- Task and result oriented with strong desire for success;

- Quick learner and good team player;
