Job Description
Main Responsibilities:*
- Plan and work toward achieving company vision, objectives as well as divisional mission and strategies.
- Monitor division performance, feedback from customers and sales. Propose adjustments to strategic plans/tactics. Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, market share and expense budget.
- Participate in or lead the development of local marketing objectives and strategies and ensure their successful execution. Evaluate the opportunity and potential for new products and new market development.
- Define clear and specific priorities for the development of new marketing programs and enhancements by defining customer needs and working with other internal functional groups.
- Expand sales through innovative commercial programs, opinion leader development, and patient education. Manage assigned budget effectively
- Ensure all business activities comply with Abbott’s Codes of Business Conduct, legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Forecast the business development case and give recommendation/strategy in the development process
- Understand the digital marketing and channels to implement activity to support business growth in different promotional mix.
Skills & Experience Required:*
- College or university graduate in any disciple, Master’s degree preferred
- Multi-products focus capability and Business development concept preferred
- 4 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Customer focused; comprehensive industry knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of computer-based programs including spreadsheets and graphics
- Strong Influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Effective spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills, optimistic and enthusiastic team player able to influence and coordinate projects among different functions, partners, third parties.
