#### Position Description:


The Server Product Manager will report to Director of Data Center
Infrastructure (DCI) Product Manager with responsibilities including, but not
limited to:
• Driving the product roadmap and define product requirements based on market
analysis and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
• Engage with product marketing manager to ensure new product launches aligns
with the product’s positioning and demonstrate the value proposition
• Prepare product disclosures, train geographic product team and create
competitive analysis to support successful WW product launch
• Managing the server and financial metrics through the lifecycle and ensuring
financial goals are meet
• Provide continuous market analysis to include competitive landscape, market
trends, and customer feedback along with supporting win/loss analysis
• Balance product vision with tactical execution as the product marketing
representative on the ODT (Offering Delivery Team) to deliver new servers on
time, to spec and at cost.

#### Position Requirements:


• Education credentials should include an ME, EE or equivalent technical
undergraduate degree. A graduate level degree (MS or MBA) is preferred;
• 5-7 year’s working experience in IT industry, including more than 5 year/s
experience of x86 server product management
• Deep knowledge of x86 Server and Server Options
• Proven track record of creating enterprise products for mature & emerging
market requirements at a global technology company
• Work well in team environment
• Excellent written & presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
• Ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders across the
organization, handle multiple tasks and work well prioritizing multiple
deadlines
