Job Description
Objectives:

1. Responsible for developing skincare business;

2. In charge of skincare growth strategy and execution, manage skincare business development project and drive new initiation of consumer journey;

3. Brand Image enhancement via disciplined communication strategy with creativity.


Responsibilities:


1. Assist Marketing Manager on strategy planning and business development for PCD China Skincare

1) Develop China growth strategies (3 year growth plan) on skincare & manage portfolio priorities in-line with Central direction & China business needs;

2) To contribute to business growth and ensure market share gain by driving innovations and launches, building iconic pillar products;

3) Build Dior Skincare image with awareness, credibility and desirability in China via 360 product launches.


2. Orchestrate all Dior Skincare touch points of customer journey

1) Annual skincare incentive mechanism

2) Skincare merchandising optimization

3) Explore new client centric service and selling ceremony opportunities, such as skin scanner, cabin & institute, integrated skincare into makeup and fragrance event…etc.

4) 100 BC project

? Excellent knowledge and experience of retail operation

? Strong communication skill and influencing skills

? Creativity and customer central decision making

? Business acumen

? Pragmatic, flexible and self-motivated team leader and team player.


Technical skills:

? Working experience in beauty or retail industry is a must

? Excellent level of English in oral, reading and writing
