Scanning for requirements and initiate measures to fulfil future global and country specific standards, regulations and directives Participating and contributing to relevant internal and external standardization communities Understanding, structuring and describing necessary activities for Product Management and R&D in order to be able to comply with new standards Elaborating standardization requirements and activities with the R&D organization in terms of feasibility and implementation process Responsibility according to the PLM process for the design and innovation of the product portfolio with regards to future standards and country specific requirements Ranking and prioritizing standardization activities and designing of a standard's roadmap for the SIMOTICS, SIMOGEAR and SINAMICS portfolio You can look forward! Working for a leader in totally integrated automation and drive solutions Helping our customers to boost their productivity and innovate their products in the name of Industry 4.0 Working in an international team Exciting and diverse challenges Signing bonus 50 000 CZK Your qualification: Master or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar field Experience in working with motors and frequency converters and preferably with it’s standards: e.g. DIN EN 60034, IEC 61800 Willingness to familiarize and work on standards regarding Energy Efficiency, Electrical- and Functional Safety, EMC, Explosion protection, Global Certificates (e.g. UL, CSA, CCC, CEL, KEMCO, ATEX, etc.) Good analytical comprehension, capability to structure information and to hit the heart of the matter in a presentation Capability to convince stakeholders and to enforcing necessary measures Good interpersonal skills and intercultural sensitivity German and English language for daily business communication We also offer! 5 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, home office and company nursery school in Prague for work life balance An individual budget of 48,000 CZK, which you can turn into a combination of up to 8 days of extra holidays, cafeteria points or pension and / or life insurance E-voucher card - you can use for paying in stores like Tesco, Albert Possibility to become a Siemens shareholder and get free stocks Various discounts and offers Siemens is an equal opportunity employer.
