In order to cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for high caliber person to join our team as a Product Manager. The ideal candidate uses insights from technology, marketing & sales team to define our products’ roadmaps and drive customer engagement, while driving our sales.

Responsibilities:

• Build close relationship with our customers, understand and prioritize their needs
• Work with management team to develop product roadmaps.
• Work with our graphics designer to fit the products’ UI/UX to the target customers.
• Collect data on adoption and usage to determine impact of marketing campaigns
• Translate insights to user stories for the technology team.
• Develop documentation for government tenders
• Identify potential business opportunities, sales channels.

Qualifications and skills:

• 2+ years’ product development experience in a supervisory capacity
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Marketing (MBA preferred)
• Strong motivational skills, able to influence people.
• Proven experience on Agile (Scrum) methodology, especially in the role of product owner.
• Project management skills (PMP or similar) is a plus
