Who You'll Work With: IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices.  We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Lenovo is building bespoke sales enablement tools to better enable inside reps and channel partners to be more solution centric while increasing the efficiency & effectiveness of customer communications. The focus of this Product Manager role is to drive feature development & adoption of these tools and vision. This role represents a critical opportunity to shape and grow this technology, while you also play a pivotal role in transforming the mindset and culture of our marketing, sales teams and partners. Your roles and responsibilities: \- Assess current seller experiences and document pain points that could be addressed with a sales enablement platform. \- Assist in developing the product roadmap end to end: driving ideation, planning, vendor management and implementation. \- Collaborate with our engineering partner to implement and manage projects. \- Evangelize the platforms and drive buy-in and support where required by partnering with Lenovo global sales teams and key executive leaders. \- Provide regular analysis of the impact from delivered investments in the tools. You will report to Senior Marketing Manager based in the US. #### Position Requirements: \- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. \- You have at least 5+ years of experience in product management \- You ideally have 2+ years of experience working across cultures and with cross-functional global teams. \-  Experience working with enterprise applications, content management systems, and sales enablement tools. \- Experience in developing and nurturing sales enablement programs and a strong understanding of the B2B buyer process. \- You have expert project management skills with demonstrated success examples. \- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate with others. You are a skilled people person, who can be immensely persuasive and effective in communicating your ideas across large teams. \- You have the ability to think big picture and strategically without getting lost in details, married with the capability to drive tactical teams on execution and consistently deliver exceptional results. \- You understand that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly. \- You have been exposed to IT sales in some capacity and you are comfortable with the domain language of sales and IT. \- Experience in technology sales particularly in the B2B technology space.
