POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Lenovo is building bespoke sales enablement tools to better enable inside reps
and channel partners to be more solution centric while increasing the
efficiency & effectiveness of customer communications. The focus of this
Product Manager role is to drive feature development & adoption of these tools
and vision. This role represents a critical opportunity to shape and grow this
technology, while you also play a pivotal role in transforming the mindset and
culture of our marketing, sales teams and partners.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
\- Assess current seller experiences and document pain points that could be
addressed with a sales enablement platform.
\- Assist in developing the product roadmap end to end: driving ideation,
planning, vendor management and implementation.
\- Collaborate with our engineering partner to implement and manage projects.
\- Evangelize the platforms and drive buy-in and support where required by
partnering with Lenovo global sales teams and key executive leaders.
\- Provide regular analysis of the impact from delivered investments in the
tools.
#### Position Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
\- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
\- You have at least 5+ years of experience in product management
\- You ideally have 2+ years of experience working across cultures and with
cross-functional global teams.
\- Experience working with enterprise applications, content management
systems, and sales enablement tools.
\- You have expert project management skills with demonstrated success
examples.
\- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate
with others.
