As a Team Lead, you are bringing both the understanding and the practices for an agile leadership to develop our team and continuously support our employees on their journey to self-organization. You work in an interface function between customers, distributors as well as internal and external partners and analyze the market, create, and question user stories in order to be able to evaluate the ideas and concepts You are responsible for the optimization of business cases to assess the economic success of product and project ideas You support the preparation of successful product launches, sales guides, and marketing materials You support trainings and customer visits, create publications in trade magazines, attend international congresses and give lectures Your profile for "Making the future possible" In your role as a leader you lead by example, empower the team to pave the way for a constant improvement with passion and are eager to learn. You are a true believer of open communications, feedback and learning culture and drive topics proactively to success. You have leadership experience and come with an agile mindset, agile leadership practices and roles that we need for team build-up and for leading a high-performance Teams. You hold an engineering degree or a similar course of study from reputable university of college. You come with years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of product management, project management or sales. You have solid knowledge in the field of process industry and measurement technology ideally from a multicultural business environment. You impress us with your experience in dealing with various customers as well as in your training and communication capabilities in cross-functional teams You are business proficient in English and German whereby any additional language skills are an additional asset. Our main location for this Position would be Karlsruhe (Germany) however, we are open to consider candidates in any major DI locations in Germany comfortable travelling for regular Team meetings.
