Siemens is looking for a Product Manager of Energy Management products, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Milan. He/she will be responsible for the products management and will support Sales network for products promotion, selection and technical proposal, interacting with HQ and the customer for technical clarification and dealing with all vital activities for technical support on site. Your Responsibilities: Technical support and qualified specialist advice to customers and sales network Active promotion by target customers in specific market segments Understand customer’s needs, check and analysis of customer’s technical specifications and discussion for deviations Identify the right technical solution, if vital, with HQ support Prepare technical proposal, if necessary, after clarification with HQ, and support the commercial quotation/bid together with Sales Fulfill all order/project requirements (i.e Documentation) Manage HQ & customer relationships with all necessary activities, mainly in case of sophisticated Projects Train customers, technical promotors and Siemens sales network Autonomous relation with Headquarters for technical issues When necessary support the customers in the first level analysis in case of after sales issues occurs. Who are we looking for? A candidate with the following features: Hardworking and prepared to manage issues related to electrical product software and tools; Minimum 2 years professional experience within the electrical software and/or offering tools, panels design; Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering or Energy. Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international. Good command of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office; Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team; High level of dedication for customer happiness What can we further offer?
