Job description

• Responsible for the new mobile product feasability report, which should include customers' requirements, product prototype, usage model and other market information.
• Coordinate the support departments for product development, UAT test and product launch preparation.
• Prepare product documents, user mannuals and trainings.
• Engage in regular meetings with sales、marketing and CS teams to support promotion and retention.
• Engage in market research and product planning

Requirements:

• At least 3 years or above mobile product and marketing experiences in mobile telecom industry, preferable in the MVNO of HK/Mainland
• Good communication and project management skills
• Good sense with the market and customer needs
• Good command of Mandarin,English and Cantonese
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
