Key Duties / Responsibilities :

Follow up product management NPI locally in factory ( EMS pegatron)

EMS manufacturing follow up

Industrial planning ( plastic + SMT + FCT TEST )

Support PMM about test / line / industrialisation

Technical support RMM indus team

Cost down improvement, follow up Overcost

Follow testing time / unit time – road map testing time reduction

Main necessary knowledge & qualifications :

Required domain knowledge:

Manifacturing Production , ( Electronics devices , broad band , GSM , PC )

NPI : project management, follow up planning / project

SMT process knowledge appreciated .

Project management / NPI / transfer project and experience driving ESM company,

Technical skills : Test FCT , WIFI / Wlan test acknowledge is appreciated

Industrial line design experience , ( capacity calculation / line design balancing )

English: Fluent (Required)

Chinese: good practise (Preferred)
