TITLE: Product Marketing Leader, Interventional Radiology COMPANY: Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc DUTIES: The primary responsibility in this role is defining and implementing the marketing strategy for Interventional Radiology in North America. In addition to creating a robust portfolio marketing strategy, the Product Marketing Leader creates product positioning with clear value propositions and leads key marketing processes. These processes enable the sales team and align with go-to-market strategies to ensure that market share growth is achieved. The Product Marketing leader conducts customer, market, and competitive research to position the Interventional Radiology portfolio in alignment with customers’ clinical, operational, and economic needs. The marketer ensures that market segmentation and competitive analysis is performed with the respective stakeholders. As an outcome, diverse marketing collaterals like case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, evidence briefs, FAQ documents, blog posts, ROI tools, digital media assets and other sales tools are created to enable the sales force to position Siemens Healthineers’ portfolio successfully. Leading customers through the customer journey- from awareness-based branding to lead generation and nurturing, to customer retention is another priority of this role. By applying a strong customer orientation and well-developed communication skills the Product Marketing Leader for Interventional Radiology will drive new product introductions and sales force effectiveness. Moreover, this role works with diverse, cross-functional teams and communicates very closely with our headquarters team in Germany to exchange best practices and ensure a consistent look and feel of the brand. REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 7 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Full term of experience must include the following skills: Great domain knowledge in healthcare, imaging solutions and oncology; Profound expertise and know-how in creating value-based marketing content; Extensive skills in the field of data analytics and the ability to derive marketing strategies to increase business success; Solution-oriented competence in creating audience specific content for internal and external marketing initiatives; Experienced in using the entire range of marketing tools when introducing a new product to the market; and Highly skilled in strategizing and executing digital marketing initiatives with a proven record of success. Approximately 25% travel required.
