As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible to achieve business target and set up the medium & long-term strategy and new product roadmap for ELSB business in China .As a Product Marketing Manage, you will be reporting to Product Marketing Director in Business Area –- Electrification, Global Markets located in Beijing or Shanghai in China.
Your responsibilities
- Leading product managers to manage product portfolio and roadmap, defining product positioning and formulating product strategy.
- Sharing feedback on market demand from marketing & sales to Global product management team and R&D. Pushing for new product development and take a lead in whole launching planning.
- Working on product gap analysis and solution proposal to Global product management team.
- Working on product operational issues that include inventory management, forecasting, quality monitoring, OTD, GM, lifecycle management etc.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor portfolios, quality, acceptance, technological moves.
- Product quality issue handling and root cause finding with Local product team / Global product team.

Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 7 -10 years of marketing/sales in industry business or Home Automation.
- Must have strategic thinking, be result-oriented.
- Should have good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required (both Chinese and English) required.
