This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Develop and lead product marketing team for current and mid-term business growth.
• Plan and manage product manufacturing transition to Taiwan plant.
• Participate as the regional coordinator all new product introductions and workshops to ensure new products are defined and deployed across the region.
• Develop marketing and promotion plan based on market research and provide strategy to overcome market challenges.
• Prepare, implement and review monthly “rolling forecast” to ensure timely delivery of goods and keep inventory within budget
• Provide training to sales team in order to assist them in achieving sales goal and meet market challenge
• Provide deployment management through training, tracking, and the development of standard operating procedures.
• Propose / Endorse pricing strategy and champion for a favourable price / guidelines
  support sales business in promotion projects
