Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Define , execute and manage product portfolio in line with business goals. 

Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications,  price-positioning , and time-integrated plans for product introduction and developing marketing strategies. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain critical market and consumer insights

  • Leads Graphics product & marketing team and closely works with cross-functional team to drive results

  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis in order to determine optimal pricing and value proposition for our products

  • Formulate effective short term and long term product and marketing strategy

  • Proactively manages the existing portfolios for continuous penetration into key segments and customers

  • Builds product hopper and prioritizes new product ideas for development and commercialization with the support from cross-functional teams

  • Lead demand planning process by working with sales team for alignment and visibility

  • Defines clear marketing strategy and key activities to enhance brand awareness and engage key customers and consumers, as well as demand generation

  • Closely works with Marcomm team to execute marketing activities and programs for maximized return on the investment

  • Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production/ importing  schedules. Manages / determines service policies for products

  • Lead commercialization process by developing time-integrated plans with sales, channel management, Marcomm and production, etc

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Marketing degree required from a top class university. MBA will be an advantage

  • Experience with product development, product launch & commercialization in a B to B and/ or B to C business environment

  • Extensive consumer marketing experience is a plus

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English language.

  • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills. Experience in working with cross functional teams.

  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills

  • Strong ability to multi-task & effective negotiation skills.

  • Excellent  project management skills with an ability to communicate with team members in a timely, concise manner

  • Strong customer focus and orientation.

 

EDUCATION:

  • 5  year’s relevant product management and marketing experience. International exposure will be an advantage.
