As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the Audio & Voice Business Unit to perform a product marketing role within AV business unit executing our BU strategic plan with a focus on AP region. The immediate product marketing actions will focus on our next generation Smart CODEC’s and Audio Processors, positioned for mid to high end Headset applications. Our Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for market requirements gathering, product definition, reference design definition, business planning, product roadmaps, lead customer interaction and driving early customer adoption.

• Master’s degree in Electronics level knowledge with 10+ years working experience.
• Human relations skills are critical to inspire and motivate key accounts.
• Good mastery of English and Mandarin.
• System level know how of audio and headset applications
• System level know how of Bluetooth or USB interface solutions
• Understanding of embedded software and software architectures
• Able to analyse sometimes fuzzy client propositions/ wishes of high complexity using best practices, based on internal technical knowhow and knowledge of clients’ systems.
• Deep understanding of interfaces among disciplines (Dialogs and clients’).
• Establishes and maintains external networks.
• Can works autonomously within general guidelines
• Experience in the semiconductor industry
• Good understanding of IC product development and manufacturing.
• Experience in making product business cases and product strategies
• Can initiates projects for future product development of chips/systems/SW.

• Proven track record of IC product marketing
