Job Description
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years demonstrated excellence in marketing, esp. product marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure marketing performance, determine improvements and innovations
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguities and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, as well as stakeholder expectations.

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 12 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally through cross-border e-commerce.

To make cross-border e-commerce business easier and support to build global business from Day One, Amazon continuously develop innovated online products and features, ranging from logistics to global Seller experience enhancement. We are now seeking a multi-talented, customer-centered, data-driven, deadline-oriented product marketing manager assisting to drive these products awareness, adoption and education in China, as well as providing marketing insights supporting the offerings optimization. He/she would work closely with marketing team, product team, public relations team, business analysis team, legal team, senior leadership team and other stakeholders in US and China.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with sales/product team to align product value proposition and unique selling points;
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption;
  • Develop appealing marketing content tools, including but not limited to success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc. for Seller engagement;
  • Create innovative online and offline marketing campaigns, including sessions on Annual Seller Conference, portal content and traffic optimization, as well as social marketing programs;
  • Drive Seller insights generation for sales/product team to optimize the product offerings;
  • Design and track marketing metrics, always seeking ways to improve;
  • Ongoing communications on marketing progress and results with internal stakeholders.

  • B2B Marketing background is highly preferred.
  • Experience on complex projects management
  • Relentlessly high standards and an eagle eye for detail
