Lenovo is looking for Product Marketing specialist to help us grow our UDS
platform to the next level. The Lenovo User Device Services Software Platform
(UDS) is a transformational, cloud-centric software platform, developer
portal, and open ecosystem of services-led solutions all in one. UDS is a
secure development and delivery platform for the software and services that
will shape what’s next. It’s a global ecosystem of applications, partners and
customers that creates a perpetual and ever-expanding cycle of development and
innovation. And, it’s a portal to a community that allows developers to focus
on creativity and innovation, decreasing development time and cost.
In this role, you will work with the Product Marketing manager on the Go to
Market development that sets the vision for how our customers, partners and
developers will grow with UDS. You will be involved in understanding our
customer needs and translating those into requirements that drive future
development. You work with the voice of our customers and partners as your
guide.
#### Position Requirements:
Experience Required:
• Experience working in a product marketing environment with increasing levels
of responsibilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of market segmentation and targeting that defines
market opportunities
• Experience with supporting a product launch including but not limited to
market requirements definition, marketing plans, sales enablement plan, launch
plan, and solution white papers
• Experience with creating product positioning, value propositions and
messaging that resonates with the buying audience
• Experience with customer validation or BETA programs including win/loss
analysis and evaluation.
• Experience in supporting or conducting competitive analysis that helps
position for growth
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Product Marketing or similar experience for software
products/solutions.
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast pace environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
