What You’ll Do: The Services Product Marketing Specialist role will develop and execute sales and marketing, training, enablement, and promotions to drive ISG Services attach and revenue for the ISG sales team in North America. This position is responsible for driving ISG Services performance for Premier Support, ThinkAgile Advantage and Professional Services across the Lenovo ISG segment in North America, working with field sales, technical sales, inside sales, and other sales support teams to improve ISG Services awareness and competency, increasing quote and attach rates. Key activities include: • ISG Services seller and technical seller training • ISG Services launch planning and execution • ISG Services sales and marketing enablement • Customer briefing focal • Developing and executing ISG Services-specific campaign plans • Collaborating with peer regional ISG Services Marketing teams and the worldwide ISG Services organization and operational teams to drive • Customer, partner, and event participation Success will be measured by meeting attach rate and revenue targets for ISG Services and achieving campaign and incentive metric targets. This role will own all ISG Services related responsibilities required to effectively support the ISG sales segment and will work closely with sales and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is self-motivated, and an excellent presenter, with strong verbal and written communications skills. #### Position Requirements: Basic Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in the technology services industry is required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience with services sales and marketing enablement, with experience in 4P that delivered proven business results • Experience delivering presentations and experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) are required • Ability to work global hours when needed and the flexibility to work across the matrixed regional ISG Services Marketing organization Preferred Requirements: • Master’s degree • Direct sales or sales support experience is highly preferred Why Lenovo?
