Responsibilities

• Gather product requirements from PM / Stakeholders;
• Clarify requirements with development team;
• Organize product backlog, set priorities and organize development according to roadmap;
• Write user stories in a clear manner, reflecting the features in an understandable way;
• Organize bug reports: establish priority, follow, review and ensure all issues get dealt with;
• Conduct feedback loop with PM / stakeholders to propose improvements and voice the team’s suggestions for the product;
• Review and validate team’s work every sprint according to the agreed definition of done: conduct final testing on every feature, discuss adjustments with the team, and have a final word on whether features can be shipped or not;
• Updates PM & company about project’s progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree;
• Experience in product / project management in web or small business technology;
• At least two years of work experience；
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written: English mandatory; Chinese, German & product languages are a plus;
• Highly organized and totally self-managed, requiring little to no supervision; get things done attitude Client orientation; Problem Solving;
• Able to see big picture, prioritize and enforce project deadlines and schedules;
• Passionate about web-technology, online media and technical development.

Bonus skills

• IT degree OR solid experience in web development;
• Experience in working with a mobile project, based on Android or iOS；
• Able to generate enthusiasm among team members;
• Agile and Scrum experience;
• Already located in Shanghai or have solid plans to relocate here.
