Job Description
About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Administrator who will join our growing product team, and who will take ownership of the product (CRM) from an external provider, and who will assure the product delivers expected value to the internal client.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal clients as well as with the system provider and their SW development team to assure the product is bringing incremental value to the business
- Meet regularly with internal clients to understand business needs, validate product concepts, and analyze the estimated business value
- Identify risks of not having the requested feature/development
- Prioritize features/functionalities and drive the delivery through Scrum/Kanban methodology
- Act as a product administrator on our side of the business, by supporting users, creating automatizations and workflows
- Represent, interface, and engage the client
- Measure customer satisfaction through relevant KPIs
- Be responsible for Product Budget
- Regularly meet and provide vision and goals for the development.
- Maintain up-to-date user guides, tutorials, and documentation in written or multimedia formats. Release new versions to an appropriate audience
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or System Specialist
- 1+ years of Customer-Focused Business Experience (Preferably Technical Support functions)
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems‘ architecture
- Basic Business Analysis, IT analysis and modeling skills (UML, BPMN)
- Good knowledge of MS SQL
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- At least Intermediate English - B2
