About The Role:
We´re looking for Product Owner to provide in-depth knowledge and support for our HR information systems while focusing on business priorities defined by internal customer. You will prepare and manage delivery of change requests and assure the product and/or its increment delivers the expected value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Work as a super-user for selected corporate systems and manage expectation of internal clients in that area
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of change management
- Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet business needs and requirements
- Identify and analyze new business needs of internal clients
- Scope process/system improvements based on agreed requirements and manage their implementation with approved vendor, ensure requirements specifications are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Prepare specifications, process diagrams, and system flow charts where applicable or required
- Discuss infrastructure requirements with vendors and internal IT team
- Maintain up-to-date user guides, tutorials and documentation in written or multimedia formats. Release new versions to appropriate audience.
- Perform simple system configuration tasks as a Product Admin (permission setup, code list adjustment, etc.)
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years general IT experience
- 1+ years of Customer Focused Business Experience (Preferably Technical Support functions)
- Basic Business Analysis, IT Analysis and modelling skills (UML, BPMN)
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL, Microsoft BI stack
- Advanced user skills of Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics NAV, CRM products or similar preferred
- Advanced user of corporate and workflow-based systems preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of spoken and written English
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive, open-minded team player
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
