Objective of job
•Take responsibility as OTR+ Product Owner to work with business units to collect business needs, analyze business requirements, prepare product backlog and transfer demands to delivery team to ensure delivered results meet the business demands.
•Assist in the project development, coordination and performance of internal project management in accordance with the demands, timeline and risk mgt for mutiple squads for OTR+ .
•Implement quality check & auditing and identify performance gaps and root causes for business units to better manage their business performance.
•Be able to use online tools and offline tools for product management (e.g. JIRA, Kanban, etc.) Prepare and support business requirement specification process.
•Prepare regular management reports and offer clear insights in work quality; Continually evaluate and develop audit/monitoring procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Perform other duties as requested by management.

•Support application rollout and operation tasks
Performance management for overall OTR+ project. Setup and enhance enterprise knowledgebase management, be able to do market research and product analysis to build fabulous product. Cross squad feature mangement with mutiple squad, demands prioritzaion with internal and extrernal resouce and delivery the most critial buesiness CR within budget and time period. Showcase organization with management team. Regular update for project stauts and support SaFe framework.
•SLA and Security Management
Maintain the service catalogue, prepare service level agreements, monitor and report SLA
adherence. Control user management process and execute user ID reviews as specified in the security policy.
•Documentation and Training
Document and regulary update standard operations procedures, training materials, operational manuals and train service desk collegues / users
•Compliance
Be compliant for IT controls of the required applications and ensure full compliance
