About the role

Join our team as an experienced Product Owner partnering with us to deliver highly functional internal products within a Scrum-based environment.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure the delivery of business value to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing features and functionalities and identifying risks associated with missing requested features.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize features/functionals and drive delivery through the Agile software development process (Agile - i.e. scrum, Kanban, depending on current needs).
  • Regularly meet and provide Vision and Goals to the development team, onboarding, and support teams of the product in your ownership.
  • Participate on team's scrum ceremonies like planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Inspects the product progress at the end of each sprint (authority to accept/reject work done).
  • Close cooperation with other development teams and taking care of related integrations.
  • Identifying risks and their management.

 

Must have

  • at least 1 year of professional experience in agile development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), as a Product owner.
  • Experience with the development process and knowledge of technical terms.
  • Knowledge of Agile software (for example Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps backlogs).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, proactive attitude, and drive.
  • At least Intermediate English - B2.
