-Take responsibility as OTR+ Product Owner to work with business units to collect business needs, analyze business requirements, prepare product backlog and transfer demands to delivery team to ensure delivered results meet the business demands.
- Assist in the project development, coordination and performance of internal project management in accordance with the demands, timeline and risk mgt for mutiple squads for OTR+ .
- Implement quality check & auditing and identify performance gaps and root causes for business units to better manage their business performance.
- Be able to use online tools and offline tools for product management (e.g. JIRA, Kanban, etc.) Prepare and support business requirement specification process.
- Prepare regular management reports and offer clear insights in work quality; Continually evaluate and develop audit/monitoring procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
