Represents all partners (Customers, internal Siemens Partners, Support, Product Portfolio Managers), leads requirements and expectations in a multifaceted and fast developing Industrial Computing business Responsibility for team backlog and their priorities as well as preparation of the requirements and participation in/contributions to the Agile Planning Meetings with Device/Software Product Owners Coordinate an effective Agile Team and its interfaces (Device & Software POs, SPO, PPMs, SMs, Architects) Full technical responsibility including planning and forecasting as well as bringing together system knowledge and customer needs Ensure that quality is built-in at all stages of the value stream from design, through development, to testing and delivery Main interface for Manufacturing & Customer Support for IPC embedded software. Effective and close communication with a wide range of international partners and suppliers to achieve the goals Active partner management, track-and-trace contract compliance, handling customer issues and performance on a strategic level for operations and project topics We are looking for: University degree M.Sc. in Electronics, Embedded Software, Computer Science or any other relevant field with preferably also a PhD or equivalent research experience Many years of experience working as a Product Owner in an embedded software development team Familiar with agile methodology is an advantage. Extensive knowledge of x86 and ARM platforms as well as driver integration & configuration of Microsoft Windows systems. Seasoned in communicating with project partners from the business (PPMs, Product Owner, Support & Business Sponsors) Self-starter with a developed sense of ownership Good knowledge of the SAFe framework and tools that support it (Azure DevOps,…) Good communication skill and interculture competence because you work closely with international teams together.
