Our department’s objective is to transform and develop the organization by providing guidance, consultancy and governance for the organizational setup and structure of Siemens. As one pilar of the overall Siemens Strategy function and being key contact to the management of businesses, regions and corporate in regards to Siemens’ Organizational Development and Governance topics, we foster Siemens’ thought leadership in transformation internally and externally. What part will you play? In your new role as product owner (f/m/d) you will create and hold the vision of the SaaS application Siemens Organizational Cosmos (SOC) - a global software product touching all employees of Siemens and external customers This includes the management of the eco system (internal and external) of customers, partners (e.g. HR function) and suppliers You prioritize features, manage the backlog and approve features that are ready to be released You are responsible for the performance and availability of the multi-tenancy software product You will manage internal and external software development teams as well as UI/UX and service specialists You lead the agile team together with Scrum master & lead architect (team of 20 internal and external “Cosmosnauts”) You will drive improvements via customer feedback, co-ideation workshops and completely new features You are responsible for the annual budget and for the overall communication You will expand your strong internal and external networks to support the organizational transformation with the application SOC What you need to make real what matters.
