Job Summary
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls company resources on assigned project(s) to achieve the following:
- Product owner of launch/Quality/Cost/Delivery during the whole life cycle including new and change in product.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate project execution efforts both internally and externally.
- Special project handle on Quality/Cost/Delivery improvement
Job Responsibilities
1. Fulfill the requirements for the timely introduction of new products as defined in the product Advanced Product Quality Plan.
- Coordinate project team for customer demand analysis, cycle time planing, Lean Line design and production cost control.
- Contact window of production team to review project progress and quality status with design group
- Resp for Process flow chart, PFMEA and Control plan creation and update according to product specification and customer requirement.
- Coordinate process and test team for tooling, spare part and program setup, release for new product.
- Arrange and follow up sample build to fulfill process qualification and release, to fulfill customer requirement.
2. Coordinate the activities of internal departments to achieve desired outcomes (engineering changes, process improvements, specification clarify with design group etc).
3. Assist with activities concerning external (customer, compliance) and internal quality system audits.
4. Monitor and improve new product failure rate, failure cost and delivery performance.
5. Coordinate and support Ratio (Cost Improvement) Project tasks.
6. Coordinate activities necessary for prompt resolution of customer/internal quality concerns and document actions.
7. Establish production concepts, determine necessary equipment investment and labour requirement for quotation purposes. (EVOB)
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree
Working Experience:
5+ years experience of Project planning, New Product Introduction Project working experience, industrial engineering work
Knowledge/Skills:
Product planning
Project management
ERP/SAP experience
