Responsibility:

? Technology transfer of WTG Nacelle (Mechanical system) from corporate

? Technical supports for homologation of new suppliers or critical components, from sourcing stage to final tryout and implementation in production.

? Technical support for production testing, being responsible of new changes implementation

? Identify the process defect and cooperate with local/international departments to optimize the process

? Collect design proposal from local and cooperate with corporate engineering improve the design

? Control, review and localization of product documentation to guarantee the quality guidelines and the reliability of the generator

? Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied by people in whole organization

? Process quality issue support and analysis.

? Follow and close all internal & external audit also ISO 9000, 14000 actions.

? Technical communication and support with Spain engineering team.

? Keep process improvement and training of operators.

? Others task arrange by department

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical is must.

• Mechanical system experience background will be plus

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience is must.

• Communicative, proactive, motivated and effective teamwork experience

• Good interpersonal and cross culture communication

• Good English, both oral and written
