• Management of quality tools (PPS, CRB/DRB, LAB instruments/equipment)
• Conduct quality inspections
• Conduct supplier factory audit (by request)
• Support quality improvement activities in factories, promote & implement Albea quality standard to suppliers
• Monitor manufacturing process allocated in the external supply factories
• Identify and anticipate potential quality risks, drive the improvement with suppliers
• Be the interface with suppliers for Albea

Inspection activities

• Perform pre-shipment inspection and online inspection
• Communicate monitoring result with relevant Albea Beauty Solutions teams in China & overseas

Internal lab management: ·

• Manage internal quality lab (instruments calibration, daily maintenance, test report, etc).
• Perform internal lab test if needed.

Document control and sample management

• Issue quality monthly report and annual reports.
• Lab sample and PPS/DRB/CRB management.

CAPA system follow-up

• Support line manager, handle the investigation regarding quality incidents (IBB, EBB, complaint) and push CAPA submission from suppliers.
• Manage and maintain CAPA system.
• Follow up all the improvement activities (IBB, EBB, Complaint) from suppliers.

Others

• Fulfil other job assignments given by the Line Manager per day to day business needs which might not be listed in this document

Qaulification & Experience

• College degree or above, major in packaging engineering, quality management or related majors.

• Above 5-7 years of experience as QA, QC or Packaging engineering in cosmetics or packaging industry.

• Experience of both manufacturing and trading environment would be a plus.

• Sense of details and precision in execution.

• Good communication skills, sense of dialogue, teamwork capability.

• Open mind, responsibility and ethics.

• Good level of oral & written English.

• Knowledge of QA systems.

• Organized, dynamic, autonomous.

• Priority management skills, ability to cope with temporary high workload.

• Very good PC skills, especially excel.

• Availability to travel frequently
