Plays a key role in the local and world wide arena as the primary product quality and post sales support contact / expert representing Intel in the eyes of Intel's customers and accurately representing the customer's requirements/needs inside Intel. Enables Intel technology and product introductions, including volume ramp on through product discontinuance to the satisfaction of our customer base. Manages the overall customer quality relationship ensuring Intel's brand image for product quality and support is viewed to be leadership status in the marketplace or will devise the appropriate strategy to attain it. Will often be involved with SMG and/or internal partners to set the strategic support direction for the account and will arm SMG and/or internal partners with appropriate post sales support and Q&R related sales collateral highlighting the value of Intel's Q&R leadership. Responsibilities may include Technology enabling, NPI and volume ramp support, customer satisfaction feedback, issue escalation support, FACR & returns management, issue and excursion management/support and project management. Provides postsales technical expertise during the installation, implementation and maintenance of company products. May be involved in implementing detailed customer installation requirements. Ensures that client's needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification. May provide followup support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
Qualifications
You should possess a bachelor or above in science or electrical and electronics engineering, or computer architecture.
Basic technical knowledge in microelectronics, computer organization and architecture.
Strong communication skills in verbal / written and fluent in English speaking.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work with people from various geographies and/or countries.
Willing to work in a diverse environment where interaction will involve customer and internal counterparts from Malaysia, PRC, TWN, Japan and other geos.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
