#### Position Description:


End to end smartphone device product quality management, including:
\- Predict TCRR performance for new product, and drive the mitigation plan, to
meet TCRR goal
\- New product high risk and NUDD highlight, setup verification plan, drive
resolution in design/verification and pilot run phase
\- Drive key quality issues to close, both from manufacturing line and
customer complaints
\- Monitor product quality performance and lead continuous improvement for
field quality issue
\- Risk assessment for key quality issue, including reliability test, product
KPI performance
\- Drive lessons learned & Fupan  for key issues and products
\- Setup/Optimize quality related process, standard, procedure, etc.

#### Position Requirements:


\- Bachelor degree and above, majored in EE or ME is preferred.
\- 5 years and above engineering experience in mobile phone, familiar with
mobile phone hardware and software technology
\- Quality BB or GB/6 sigma project experience is preferred
\- Experience on smart phone/pad is preferred
\- Project management experience is preferred
\- Good communication skill, fluent speaking and writing in English and
mandarin
