Job Description

Objective of job
Manage the product sales topics of the responsible car models, i.e. compact cars
1. Sales measures analysis and development
2. Competitor movement monitoring, analysis and comparison with MB
3. SIMS & OASIS program configuration, review and control
4. Support in dealer communication of SI and product sales topics
5. Support sales related projects
Main tasks
1. Sales Measure Development
- Analyze sales performance, market feedback and sales target in future months, come up with incentive program ideas
- Develop incentive program policy and design program details to ensure the effectiveness of motivating dealers and managing risk for the company
- Externally discuss or negotiate with coorperation parties; internally discuss programs within S&M or with F&C and other related departments to fine tune program contents.
- Excecute program configuration, review and control in SIMS & OASIS
- Obtain incentive program approval from management
- Develop dealer communication package and communicate program to regions/dealers
- Closely monitor programs, timely tackle problems to make sure programs going on smoothly
- Cooperate with payout team to calculate bonus for individual dealer and pay out to dealers
- Cooperate with regions and provide support to develop the regional sales measures
- Support sales incentive process & system optimization
2. Special Discount Management
- Monitor special discount spending
- Track actual spending of previous programs and make necessary analysis
- Forecast spending of current running programs
3. Product Promotion
- Prepare and develop MB product highlight communication document for regional or dealer communication (including product feature introduction, customer perceived value, check list, sales talk etc. )
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product promotion measures
4. Competitor movement monitoring, analysis and comparison with MB
- Competitor sales measures analysis and comparison with MB measures
- Monitor competitor product change and prepare document for communication with regions and dealers
- Conduct MB and competitor market share analysis
