Position Summary:
Our Product Sales Team is seeking a self-motivated Sales candidate who will identify, maximize, and close opportunities in the ASEAN region for several Bentley product brands. The Product Sales Representative (PSR) is responsible for developing Sales pipeline to be closed with support from our Product Sales Engineers. This position is critical to tapping into the new accounts, markets and industries where Bentley doesn’t have a current footprint. Bentley has a vast and diverse portfolio of products and solutions which continue to create new business opportunities to pursue, and we need your help
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven, sales environment and have previous experience in B2B software sales
Your Day-to-Day:
- Run proactive outbound sales prospecting campaigns to generate weekly sales pipeline for designated product brands.
- Research potential prospects online in order to produce qualified call lists for sales. Must be familiar with lead generation methodologies using social media and project databases
- Qualify leads per the defined Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria, and work with the appropriate Sales Engineer once an SQL is achieved to close sales.
- Adhere to the Bentley Sales Process fully utilizing SAP Cloud for Sales (C4S) as a daily sales tool and reporting system.
- Work with Bentley Channel partners to drive prospecting campaigns in their markets
- Support adoption and compliance of the Bentley Sales Process and Opportunity Management utilizing SAP Cloud for Sales (C4S) as a daily sales tool and reporting system.
- Sales related admin functions as directed by the sales director
- Develop a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support their assigned sales team and manager.
- Have a strong desire and high level of commitment to helping ensure that their assigned sales team meets the teams defined sales goals
- Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various Bentley and industry events.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all Commercial Offerings and Software Support Policies
What You Bring To The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree is required along with 3+ years of inside sales or sales development experience, preferably in a technology software sales.
- Fluency in English required. A second language skill (Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa) is a plus.
- Technically adept, self-motivated and driven by results.
- Experience in conducting cold calling, sales campaigns, email marketing and a desire to learn and compete.
- A conscientious, disciplined, organized, credible, adaptable, along with a high level of personal integrity
- Knowledge of the AEC industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
- Excellent collaboration skills with various internal teams.
