We are seeking a Product Security Expert to join the innovation team that is working on a novel Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning platform.

Job Description:
As Produce Security Expert (PSE) you will lead the secure design, development, and operation of the product and service. This is a senior hands-on technical position, with a broad set of responsibilities:

• Guiding engineering teams through the architecture, design, secure code review, validation, and release phases.
• Collaborating with engineers, and architects to address security risks and implement mitigation.
• Conducting threat assessments, design of security components, and vulnerability assessment.
• Ensuring products compliance to internal and external standards and specifications.
• Defining and leading the security validation strategy.

The role requires thorough practical knowledge of security practices, procedures, tools, and capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualification

• Master's degree or higher in Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or similar technical STEM degree.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages: C++, Java\.Net Core, Python.
• Knowledge of foundational cloud technologies: microservices, Kubernetes and containers.
• 5+ years of experience in security development lifecycle with practical knowledge of application security, treat modeling, exploitation, and mitigation techniques
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Attitude and Ability to lead in specialized roles for the team.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, for internal and external communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience in Cryptography and Confidential Computing technologies.
• Cloud security experience
• CISSP and/or other security certifications
• Understand of deep learning frameworks, algorithms and workflows, and experience with Torch, Caffe, TensorFlow
• Prior experience in management and leadership roles

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
