Who You’ll Work With:
At Lenovo, we manufacture one of the world’s widest portfolios of connected
products, including PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones
and workstations as well as augmented and virtual reality (Mirage,
ThinkReality) and smart home/office solutions, software and services. Lenovo’s
data center solutions (ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile) are creating the capacity and
computing power for the connections that are changing business and society.
What You’ll Do:
You will work with the Lenovo Security teams to strengthen the Product
Security Training program. You will work with PSO team members, Business Unit
Security teams, and product development, software, and supply chain teams
across Lenovo to ensure training curriculum meets needs, and that teams are
taking their job-appropriate training. This includes ongoing analysis of the
team, as well as marketing the need for groups to participate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Gain an understanding of the security training available in Lenovo’s
Learning Management System
• Update/develop a training matrix that meets training objectives for
different job types
• Maintain lenovocentral product security training page to guide employees to
correct courses
• Work with Lenovo training team to ensure LMS clearly provides curriculum for
job types
• Enhance current tracking system on what courses are being taken by different
groups
• Publication of monthly reports for executives to understand their groups’
participation
• Provide implementation status at weekly PSO status meetings
• Establish “marketing” plan to encourage groups across Lenovo to implement
needed training.
• Manage security training vendors being used by Lenovo. Includes managing
contracts, ensuring payments
• Develop full matrix of product security training within Lenovo. This would
include LMS courses, as well as other courses specific business groups are
using.
• Establish an industry-wide “training resource” to understand potential
improvements available
• Meet with Security management periodically to ensure needs are being met,
and gain recommendations

#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience working in a project management role in a technical
environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Product and/or IT Security
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with security training providers.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, countermeasures, and issues.
• Familiarity with adult learning best practices.
• Program Management or Project Management in a technical environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-
task.
• Strong sense of task ownership, and persistence to execute processes from
beginning to end.
• Ability to successfully work across regions and functions to solve problems
and get things done.
• Capable with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Office tools for managing
data and reporting results.
• Understanding of the Lenovo culture and organizational structure.
