Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:

• Execute options, mockups, and revisions after Design review (i.e. artwork placement, engineered embellishment placement, patchwork, details, etc.)
• Coordinate with Design and Buyer to offer options to meet design intent and margin targets for new silhouettes
• Track and manage workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and prioritizes workload for self and team.
• Effectively communicate with cross functional teams to ensure seasonal products are met
• Attend WIP meetings & handoffs for bulk.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 5+ years product development experience with Denim / Woven / Cut & Sewn Knit / Sweater are essential
• Strong in fabric and factory sourcing
• Ability to successfully oversee a complex category while making product quality and deliverables a priority
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills and ability manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong sense of urgency, attend to detail & resourcefulness
• Responsible and accountable
• Degree/Tertiary Qualification in Apparel Manufacturing and Design is essential
• Solid working experience in fitting, sewing, and garment construction within specific categories
• A confident and proactive work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
