We have an opportunity for Product Specialist based in Athens to join the CVRM team.
As a Product Specialist, in AstraZeneca, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We make the most of your skills and passion by actively supporting you to see what you can achieve no matter where you start with us.
This position will report directly to the FLSM (First Line Sales Manager).
Key Roles/ Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and deliver brand KPIs and financial targets to meet and/or exceed assigned objectives.
- Engage care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Develop long-term consultative relationships with stakeholders within accounts.
- Manage the implementation of the account plan securing cross-functional resources where required.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market and diseases area.
The successful candidate profile should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences educational background will be considered an asset)
- Master’s Degree (will be considered an asset)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharma industry (Diabetes and Cardiology experience will be preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic and Analytical thinking
- Commercial Awareness and business acumen
- Highly motivated, target driven and results oriented
- Fluency in English and Greek language
