Salary: £44,600 - £55,800 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Mars Wrigley team in Slough as a Product Supply Manager, driving continuous improvement in Supply Chain through root cause analysis of issues, improving capability and optimising inventory management, whilst improving forecasting. Leading a team of Product Supply Coordinators, the Product Supply Chain Manager will work with European Supply Chain Teams to develop new systems and processes, whilst liaising with senior stakeholders on activities ranging from launch execution through to the management of obsolete stock.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Identifying risks and opportunities to the delivery of business plans
• Ensuring investment, outage, stock and supply plans are aligned with UK customer needs
• Working with European Supply Chain Teams to identify risks and align on improvement plans
• Assessing trends and issues impacting customer service and challenging the relevant functions
• Responsibility for stock levels including forecasting and delivery of cash targets
• Managing the stock transition for product launch activity
• Team leadership of Product Supply Coordinators including coaching and development
