Job Duties :

• Answer incoming enquiry.
• Provide pre/after sales service and follow through related sales order processing.
• Deliver professional customer service and technical support to our customers.
• Introduce and promote electronic products, component and devices.
• Closely working with internal marketing team and technical team to serve customers and market needs
• Participate in corporate functions, activities, events and seminars

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above, university graduates preferred in Electronics, Engineering, Business or Technical Related Majors
• Excellent telephone manner, good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Familiar with trading procedure
• Customer oriented, hardworking, result oriented with positive attitude
• Willing to learn, proactive and have excellent courteous manner
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and pleasant character
• Fresh graduate with sound academic background will also be considered
